Can not login after 1st week

Hello, I joined several months ago and was able to login and function within Xmarks. I went to login the second week and it said username and password does not match. I have not changed either one in that time. My user name was Anne of Scots. I would like to keep that user name if you can help me.

I believe I have found your problem.

When you first registered it seems you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
When the software attempted to send you the confirmation email that would have finished your registration you did not get it or for some reason you did not reply or follow the link back here to finalize the registration process.
After one week your registration was suspended due to you not completing the process.

Would you please send me an email to steve@xmarksthescot.com. This will give me your correct email address. I can then enter it in your profile and resend your password.

I'm sorry for this confusion and what must be frustrating process for you. We are hit by hundreds of spammers and hackers each month. We have had to put processes in place to prevent these people and automated computers from disturbing the forum.
Sometimes our protective measures backfire on us but I hope you can understand why they are there and be patient as we work this out.
