That was quick!
I placed an order for my first kilt, an 8-yard tank, from Rocky. At the time, I asked how long it would take, and was told that there was an 8 week turnaround time and no rush option. I placed the order, since I didn't *need* the kilt for about 2 and a half months.
Rocky finished the entire thing in 27 days. I was not expecting this. It got done so quickly that I can't even post photos of myself wearing it, because I haven't had time to acquire things like, say, a belt or a sporran! (also because I don't have anyone to take a picture of me, but that's a side issue...)
Anyway, obligatory photos:

Tartan is Grampian Modern.

It fits perfectly, and I find myself quite surprised at how light it feels. You'd think that 8 pounds of fabric hanging from your waist would mess with your balance, but I barely notice that it's there.
Woohoo!
