Great stuff Nighthawk. The colour is not my cup of tea, but that braidwork is fantastic and I think you have got the overall look of the jacobite sporran down pat.

It's the natural color of the elk hide that I had. And really, I love it. I figure the original was most likely very similar in color before it aged, anyway. Maybe a bit lighter, but probably fairly close. Thanks for the observation on the braid work. I usually use goat hide, so doing it with elk was interesting! Elk is a lot thicker, and it stretches!
