What a lovely natural work of art! And fine outing for family. Thanks Riverkilt. It has a slight feel of Petra, in Jordan!

Some of the best point and pray camera shots I've seen in a long time. Absolutely stunning landscape; well worth the 3 mile kidney buster (or so says the guy who hasn't taken the ride). On a side note; if you make a trek to visit the sister in Ohio let me know where, and we'll see if we can set-up a kilt night meet and greet with some of the local rabble.

Upper Antelope slot canyon is located on the Navajo reservation in Northern Arizona a few miles outside of Page, Arizona "Across the street" from the Navajo Generating Station a coal fired power plant run by the Salt River Project. Or if you're looking at a map its pretty much at the center of Arizona's norther border.
Sis is a professor at Oberlin and lives there. Someday will get back. Funny I can't stand the humidity and she was missing it - didn't like the dry heat. Go figure.

Again, as in previous threads, your slot canyon photos are fantastic. I love 'em.
