Got my WWI Irish poster up on the wall. I love it, but the more I look at it, the more I'd like to reframe it with a border of tartan, preferably Leatherneck. Does anybody know where I might be able to purchase scrap strips of this or any other tartan about 3" wide, and a total of about 60" worth of length?
Might want to try stillwaterkilts.com
I use scrap tartan as a burnishing cloth for my lather work. I got a bag of scraps from Celtic Croft. Email them and ask. Can't hurt!

Mac, my first thought was maybe cut up a SWK scarf, but I'd hate to do that. I know my Leatherneck kilt is made in Pakistan, so I assume everything else is. But emails are free, right? Nighthawk, thanks! I'll see if they have anything they are willing to part with. I can always scan one of my kilts and print it out, but I think a fabric border would look most excellent.
Didnt Keltoi just have a special on some Irish tartans? They might have something that might work with the posters subject matter
