The Best Damned Pipe Band in the World!

Last night in the local news was a report on the World Pipe Band Championship noting that the Simon Fraser University Pipe Band placed second this year (up one position from last year if I'm not mistaken) and that they have indeed placed in the top three for the last twenty five years! This is an impressive record and I couldn't help but wonder how many other bands can boast of so great an achievement.

So I put it to you; Which bands have the highest ratings over the last twenty five years? Who has this data?
