Appalachian American
Greetings from the Great Southern State of Alabama, the Heart of Dixie and the southern terminus of the Appalachian mountain range. Hillbilly's and rednecks they call us but it's our Scottish roots that run the deepest. I identify myself with Clan Graham being a descendent of William Graham signer of the Mecklinburg Declaration of Independence.
I love hearin the bagpipes on dark nights and foggy morns. I'm called to remember my ancestors. Interestingly, being Appalachian American I trace my family's tree and over and over see the marrying and inter-marrying of Scottish ancestors so much so that there is hardly a man left in Scotland itself with as much Scot blood.
