Warrior Dash again?!

I just signed up for Warrior Dash, PA again! It's in the Poconos this year. Anyone else going?

Fwiw I'm doing the Tough Mudder in Toronto. Trying to talk my wife into doing a Warrior Dash or Spartan Race with me.

Cool! I almost got my wife to agree to do the Warrior Dash but she said she would do it only if our friends went and we did it as a team. They declined.

I've been a bit surprised by some friends who turn up their noses at doing the Warrior Dash after I tell them how much fun it is, but then, I'm also surprised that all of my friends don't wear kilts.

I am going to the one at the Pocono Speedway in Pennsylvania in June and the one in Windham New York in August. For the one in PA I would suggest TONS of running and some sort of athletic regimen full of of pushups, pullups, and running in a waist deep pool with her shoes on. Trust me, she'll need the pool running. Those water obstacles come at the most inopportune times in the race.
