a new red hackle thread

A few months ago the forum members were asked if anyone here had a Red Hackle tartan Kilt. As there was no positive reply at that time I would like to ask the question again. I have seen the HOE promotional pics but would like to see others if possible.

Good luck on this one. I posted a thread looking for the same thing, and I was told to look at HOE also. I found some pipe bands with the tartan and that's about it.

hkjrb623 - the post I referred to above was in fact yours and as you can see I am doing no better than you did. I don't understand this as I think the red hackle tartan is a very nice looking tartan. I would have thought many on here would want it for a kilt. I know I am seriously thinking of it.

My thoughts exactly. Come on, the Black Watch tartan with red stripes! It doesn't get much better than that.
