    Planting the Seed

My daughter received a Lego bride figure the other day. Even at the age of five, girls know that you can't be a bride without a groom and a cake (at least), so she asked if I had any in my old bins of Legos. I thought about for a while, and this is what she ended up with:

At first she wasn't too keen on a kilted groom, but now she won't let him away from the bride for any reason. Maybe in the future, the memory of this little vignette will help guide her in her decisions.

I only wish that Lego made sporrans - and yes, I know the groom is wearing white hose - that was all that was available!

Don't you wish that Lego kilt rental packages had more hose options.

Here's the story I see in the image above...

The groom was the one in the top hat, but upon seeing the kilted Lego figure , she went for him

(I guess I see this since these two figures are one bump ahead of the guy in the top hat who is left behind)

The guy in the top hat was intended to be the father of the bride (hence the white hair and mustache), but your story is certainly more interesting!

I think the kilted mini figure needs one bump on the front ... to stick a tiny lego sporran on

(me saying this... I don't even have a sporran)
