WoodTex Galaxy Kilts are made from Acrylic Wool.
Acrylic means there is no wool in it at all. You can throw it in a washing machine and wear it again the same afternoon. Acrylic is very soft to the skin, far softer than wool. The down side is that it will pill and wear badly. I have one in MacKenzie and when I take my sporran off, you can see where it was.
You don't have a lot of option as you live in Spain and there can't be too many kilt shops around. Heritage of Scotland have some Buy1, Get1 free deals at the moment for PV. I think PV is superior to acrylic, but not as good as wool.
You get what you pay for, so don't expect it to last more than a year or two.

It is acrylic and will do what acrylic will do in time, Pill up... You may do better to look for a Poly viscos kilt from some of the other sites, the extra few dollars will be worth it.

Well it comes down to personal choice, but when I drive up to Scotland I always wear my PV. I think they hold a crease better than acrylic.

This is going to come down to shipping charges and import duties. I really can't advise on that except to say that Heritage is in the EU and the others aren't. I think you should check your own government websites and find out how much they will charge before making any decisions.

IME acryllic lasts OK, and the 'pilling' tends to go away after a while. However, it doesn't breathe atall, which means it will be too hot for a Spanish summer. OK in winter, depending how far South you are I suppose. Theoretically, even real wool is not as hot as acryllic in summer temperatures. Other, polyester based, materials would be better for your climate than acryllic (better than wool too, really, although that will upset some people).

Ive got a Weathered MacKenzie from SWK and the BlackWatch Economy Wool from STW kilts for camping/hiking. Both work well for banging around in the woods, sitting around camp, driving and such. When sitting around a fire it is always the wool kilt, acrylic tends to melt on you. Ive also got PV kilts which look nice, feel nice and wear well. By far Id always like to buy a fine wool kilt but money is sparse at times so I keep myself looking sharp when needed and functional when required.... For those occasional weddings and gatherings it is my tank made by Bonnie Heather Greene. Depending on your use, weather and personal requirements (ease of wash, durability) Id step up to the PV from the cheaper acrylics.
