Someone wrote me a note in Gaelic... but I can't read it!

Can anyone help translate the following phrase? It was posted on my Canada's Sharpest Man contest voting page:

"an dealbh gasta. S'e duine eireachdail a th'annad - thusa ann do feileadh. Tha mi ann an dochas gum bhi a h-uile duine a'taghadh dhut."

i think that is the essence, maybe not perfect translation
