Kilt in "Dalziel & Pascoe"

Via Brit TV & Netflix I have just seen Season 01.Disk 02 of the crime show Dalziel & Pascoe. The ;chief hero' Dalziel shows up at a wedding in a P.C. coat, white shirt, bow tie, hair front sporran, white socks, matching flashes, and a bright red ground with subduded lines, kilt. I have no clew as to which(anyone care to research it and find out for us?) The fellow is near a size 50(US) and he looked good in it! The P.C. coat was standard, excpet for the tail button treatment. It had what looked like 4-5 buttons,in line, on the 'cat tail' at the back, & two more buttons where you would find them on a Saxon Tail Coat. The effect, at a distance, was an inverted "V" shape. The actors name is Warren Clarke- the other fellow is a Buchanan!). It was the opening scene, and lasted several minutes. In all well done.
