    Lovely but extremely small doublet on eBay

    A vendor on eBay has a very nicely cut doublet for sale, only problem is it's a 33" chest. If any of you have son's that you'd like to outfit in style....it's item #350637155488.

    P.M. me if you can't locate it.

    Hi Stilletto,

    who fits into an old MX-5 "Miata"(??avatar??) will surely fit into 33. But not me, too ;-). As GOS (guy of substance) with 185 cm (ca. 6'1") and 110 kg (ca. 242 lbs) no chance - neither. Take 33" x 1.5 an we can start discussing ... 8-)

    Greez and good luck

    Marcus

    Thanks Marcus. Although I've already been outbid so I'll wait until near the end before bidding again.

    I'm not sure if this is close to you, but I've raced around the Nurburgring a few times in my MX5's. In 2008 I did it whilst kilted.

    Cheers,

    Miles.

    Hi Miles,
    yes, a famous racetrack, the old 'Nordschleife' with its never ending curves, I think about 73 on 21 km. In Germany we call it "Gruene Hoelle" which means 'green hell'. I've been there with my bike (Suzuki Bandit 1200 ccm (73 cubic inch), about 128 hp) on a special bike event. Just bikes - no cars - means less danger .... Amazing.

    It's about 80 km from my home, and sometimes in biking season, we drive around just to have some fun there whilst looking crazy tourists on the track ;-)

    Good luck for biding and greetings from Good (C)old Germany

    Marcus

    btw: nice pic !! only the driver on the wrong side ... 8-}
