Dundee error message

I was using House of Tartans - Tartan Finder this morning and tripped an error message:

Dont Panic....!

Standard English But Born in Dundee

Error 7: Could not open file requested
Whur's ma slippur! It's thon "index files" playing up again.

Then you found out the site is hosted in China?

I know when I used to play with servers it was an easy task chqnging the error msg files... When you got bored (You dont ever want IT tech support people bored)... I seem to recall Mr Scott from Star Trek being used a lot...
