I tried to search, but I am not very good at it. (Somehow I keep rabbit trailing on more interesting threads)

Have any of you bought any of the used gear from kilt rental usa?

They have a used dress sporran and a used prince charlie jacket. I am wondering if they are decent for the rare occasion I would need formal.

I haven't purchased any of their gear, but two of my groomsmen rented from them. The quality seems to be perfectly acceptable. Sometimes companies sell off hire stock because they wish to change styles, not due to excessive wear.
