Website
I know, this isn't really kilt related (hence posting in the miscellaneous section as per forum guidelines) but I am in need of a website for my music (which does occasionally incorporate Celtic instruments and influences).
Does anyone have any tips or advice? I am able to use Photoshop but I am an utter newb with websites.
Thank you.

If you mean a free website, just for promotion, you could check out SoundCloud, which has a fairly active community associated with it. If you also want to sell downloads, check out BandCamp. I'm on both and they are quite easy to use, even for a noobie:

Awesome! Thank you. I was looking more at a dot com type of setup but those are good starting points.

You might try tinkering with Google Sites (http://sites.google.com) - you can build a site with or without a domain name.
