I'd not seen that particular photo. The last one I saw was on a TV chat show. He was wearing a TFCK plain black barathea kilt which looked great.

I wonder what the tartan is? Very striking.

I actually sent an email to Billy asking that he check out our community here and maybe even post. He may never get it but I thought it was worth a shot. Everyone should send an email to him and in a real nice way ask him to come check us out...
