    PM Question

I think my PM's are set to ignore responses. How can I fix this? I have a couple of conversations going and I am concerned that a few folks think I'm being rude and ignoring them. I promise I'm not.

Thank you for your help, guys.

To check your settings for Personal Messages:

Click on UserCP on the dark blue navigation bar at the top of any page.
Look on the left side for the My Account box
    Sub heading General Settings

You should find all the settings for your PM's here.

You should also check the number of PM's you have sent and received. You are limited to 200 PM's. When your in/out boxes are full you will not be able to send or receive any more PM's.

One quick way to check the number of PM's you currently have is to look in the Personal Messages box directly under your UserCP box at the top of the right column.

    Bren ,

My first recommendation would be to " click " on the User CP on your XMarks tool bar , then once at User CP , look over on the left hand side and " click " on " Settings " . Once at " Settings " you will see an area dealing with PMs . At this point make sure you have the right selections " turned on " .

If that's not the problem , make sure your mailbox ( in and out ) is not full ( 200 allowed ) .

If that's not the problem , then PM Steve Ashton for help .

I'm no tech wizard , but I hope that helps .

    Best , Mike
