Half-naked Scots clear Serb pitch - BBC
Scotland are playing Serbia away in a World Cup qualifying match. The game was in jeopardy due to snow. Volunteers helped clear the pitch. Here is a video of them doing so, with a contingent of kilted Scots stripped to the waist in freezing conditions.

We do tend to pounce on the details, don't we!

Bill, Bill, calm down Bill. Its alright, its the TA(Tartan Army), they work under a completely different set of rules! Well actually, there are no rules where the TA are concerned.

We could have used them at the USA/Costa Rico match in Denver Colorado the other day. Snowed throughout the game. USA won it 1 to 0. Costa Rico complained to FIFA but the complaint was disallowed.

I would just like to say that while I'm only a distantly-related expatriot Scot, were I to enter a large stadium full of people, half-naked, I would probably clear it, as well.

Lots of scrunched-down socks too. Hey, if that's how the Scots are wearing them, it must be right, right?
