    Enter button disabled on posts

Not complaining, not gonna change browsers just wondering what the glitch may be. When I'm writing a new post - like right now - my enter button doesn't work at all. Can't get to a new line. Space bar works, but enter button doesn't. Not a big thing, just causes some weird captioning with photo posts. Yes, the enter button works fine everywhere but when I'm posting on X Marks. I did get automatically upgraded to Explorer 10 and can only guess there's a glitch between it and the X Marks program. Just seemed it had to be a glitch since the only place it happens is here. Point of information only. Don't care if its ever fixed, not gonna change browsers...just letting the techies know its happening to me only. As far as having posts vanish into thin air because X Marks is not responding - that continues too but the system for beating it is to position the cursor over the post button and not put the last period in until ready to hit that post button and you hit the period and immediately after hit the post button...most of the time that works. That's still happening.

Do you have another browser installed such that you can compare the interactions?

I have no problem here. (Explorer 9.08 etc.)

This is a known problem with IE10. I had this problem on another site, so that's how I know what you need to do to remedy this.

You have to change your XMarks settings. Go to User CP (Above your name on the right in a blue title). Then go to general settings. There you should change the Message editor interface to Basic Editor and you will find that your problem is solved.

It is the Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing that doesn't work correctly with IE10.

Edited to add: This is for the enter button problem.

IE 10 is loaded with problems. I had to remove it from my computer when it automatically downloaded and reinstall the last version. AND I don't even use it as my main browser! It was messing up other things on my computer.

Kinda ticked me off, they didn't ask me, they just did it....lots of passwords aren't remembered. They know it, but haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

Hey, I'm at home and the enter button works again since I followed the advice above...cool!

Maybe the mods could sticky this (or create a new post quoting this one and stickying the new post) because, sure as eggs, this problem will come up again with more and more people starting to use IE10.
