I like it, especially the peak in the "cantle", instead of an arch. I have a groundhog hide in the freezer that I just might see if the this maker can produce into a sporran.

I would say that is a really nice sporran. I'm a little green with envy. One question; it's kinda hard to tell in the photos but is the cantle black metal or it is actually leather?

Seems to be a substantial piece with a good, wide gusset—a place where many sporrans fall short, in my opinion. Great looking hide. I may have to cut Bonsai some slack.

An impressive, unique, and subtly artistic bit o' kit. You should be very pleased and proud indeed!

Very nice sporran. I'm more than a little surprised that Bonsai Pottery was able to produce something lovely for a change. Kudos!

I like it. Kind of between the short, more formal fur sporrans and the longer hair ones that you see in the Victorian-style sporrans. The leather cantle really sets it off. Very nice work.
