Inspired by sydnie7, here are the hose I'm currently working on.

The yarn is Paton's Classic worsted, worked on size US 5 dpns (UK 8). The pattern is the Ring of Fire cable, with reverse stockinette between the cables.
The cuff is the magic part. How did I make vertical stripes with no solid-color cast-on row? HMMM? Here's a hint: it's worked flat then sewn up at the back.
