AmeriKilts ROCK!!!
got my first AmeriKilt last thursday, there was a slight production delay, but Michael kept me informed, and it was actually here a day before he said it would be...
It's great and I dig the hell out of it!
I also own 2 tailored kilts,a 13oz.in hunting colors, and a 160z.in formal dress colors, {Clan MacDonald OTI} and a Feileadh Mor in ancient colors for renn faire wear...but with the heat here in the summers I'll be wearing my AmeriKilt this year, and to hell with whether or not it's "period".
I'll definately be purchasing more AmeriKilts for daily wear, as well as a few others, but I have to say that for service, quality, and comfort, AmeriKilt will be hard to beat!

You might want to check out CheapKilts, Bearkilts, USAkilts and Stillwater kilts for poly viscous kilts. Wash em, toss em in the dryer and available in tartans.

thanks for the heads up...
thanks Bubba, will check out the 2 you named that I havent seen before. Unfortunately, due to allergies, I cant wear any man made fibers, so the poly viscos thing is right out, but between the cotton ones, the canvas ones, and my prized wool Kilts{I have 3}... I may never wear pants again!
