Hello from Michigan...

WOW! I just found this site/forum after my wife and I were talking about me getting a new kilt. I discovered(ok, my wife discovered) my Scottish heritage when we got married. She's Irish and wanted to have a Celtic wedding, so after some research...I'm a Scot and purchased my first kilt. We couldn't find my family tartan in the US, so I chose to go with a Pride of Scotland - Modern kilt.

Anyway, that was five years ago and my wife and I have enjoyed several Renn Fairs and Highland Games, but it's time for me to get a new kilt...which led me to Google...which led me here!

So, thanks for a great site so far...I'm sure I'll be posting a few questions I have as I grow more in my passion of my heritage.
