Hello from Grand Rapids, MI
The first week of July, I saw 2 guys wearing kilts. I decided to try it out myself, and ordered a UT deluxe kilt. The first time I wore it out in public, my brother and I kilted up and met some friends at a bar. We walked in to a standing ovation.
Well, maybe just applause. Either way, I was hooked.
Three months later, I just got my third kilt, a USA semi-trad in the Murphy tartan. I have also converted a couple of jackets, and made a sporran embroidered with a dire wolf, which I am using as my avatar.
