Keeping the cat hair at bay

Having two cats, boths shedders, it is a continuous problem keeping the hair off of my kilts. Perhaps this is one reason I never wear a black kilt. I wear my fabric brushes out on my daily kilts but this is never enough. I thought to myself "Self go to the source and take care of it." No I didnt shave my cats but I do have one very tolerant cat that allows a good vacuuming. So next time your pet decides to leave spare hair on your favorite kilt take out the old Hoover and go to town.

    Hopefully this video will work.

It sounds like a great idea but my dog Abby, who sheds as much as any 2 cats, runs to the other end of the house whenever she hears the vacuum. I think she would die of a heart attack if I tried this on her.

Cute pup and I dare say Scout, the cat on the video, is unique. She actually likes being vacuumed and also enjoyes playing with it. Noise and all she is supper tolerant. You have a fine companion there indeed.

I have an 100 % white cat & a tuxedo devil - I mean cat - yet I wear a lot of black & gray so there is a constant battle against cat fur here . However ... Both run from the vacuum like its the scariest monster ever !

Great idea if the cats put up with it! My three cats make a very rapid exit as soon as the vacuum cleaner appears!
