Flag, eh?
It is the Canadian Red Ensign, pre-1965 (before Maple-Leaf).
It is probably my all-time favourite flag, save the St. Andrew's Cross. Matter of fact, I have one hanging on my office wall, even as I type this message.

I thought it looked Canadian, similar to the Ontario flag.but I see you are in the USA, I was just curious,thanx.

I'm a Canadian "in spirit", Phil! 
Some of my Scottish ancestors were Canadians.
