This was posted on my FB page

Scottish or Irish, there seems to be some confusion.

They are playing a Scottish Borders ballad, The Raggle Taggle Gypsy

Dressed as highlanders (sort of), and with a sort of Scottish accent quite unlike any I've heard before. Sort of the musical equivalent of Mel Gibson in 'Braveheart'.

Rapalje is awesome. I think they're Dutch? I do love me some European celtic bands. They may not always play at the level of Irish and Scottish musicians but they always have a lot of heart. The accents are just plain awesome too.
