Goderich celtic roots festival
Thanks Hank for giving me a forum.
For those of you who are in the Goderich Ontario area Aug. 6th - 8th I will be having a booth for "R"Kilts and you will be able to see my kilts and if I have your size in stock try one on. I will also have a few sporrans that I have designed for my contemporary kilts on hand as well.
For more info on the festival the website is www.celticfestival.ca
I think it should be a fun weekend and I look forward to meeting you all if you are able to make this event.
Cheers
Robert

Rob,
I noticed that the "Highland Games and Celtic Festicals" website,
http://www.maclachlans.org/games.html
has the event listed for the same weekend as the Fergus event. This is obviously an error. With the corrected date in hand, it looks like we will probably be able to to attend the Goderich event. We'll be sure to look you up when we get there.

Look forward to seeing you and your lovely wife.
I'm looking forward to this event, lots of great music happening as well. My kilt will be a twirling

I know how you feel, Phil. I have to go South 1.5 hours just to get to the Northernmost games in Ontario, the Callender Celtfest.

You had quite the storm in your area the other day the town of Timiskaming was badly hit with a lot of flooding... affect you at all?
I used to go skiing in Callendar when I was a youth had lots of fun there.
Cheers

Robert
I only heard about that storm - slept through it . It didn't really affect me, because I pretty much live on a level part of the area, but one hill in town (Radley's Hill, a really steep one) was pretty washed out and it took the municipal boys a day or two to get it usable.
We've had an unusually wet season so far up here, haven't had too many hot days so far(thankfully!!!).
