Tartan Terrors?

I just saw that the Tartan Terrors are going to appear at a local venue. Anybody got an opinion of the group? Worth seeing?

Mmmmph…..! Just looked at some of their videos on YouTube…answered my own question.

Still interested in anybody's perspective on them, though.

A former student of mine plays with them. I haven't been to any of their shows, but they are apparently a Celtic Rock phenomenon.

I just watched the you tube sampler. I am reminded of a travelling troop of minstrels. They would do well here with the college aged crowd and open minded people that see the humor in their work. They seem to advertise themselves honestly and perform professionally. I will let some of my family members know about them and get a review from folks that are not usually keen on new ideas. It will be an interesting study of opinions.
