    Sunshine on My Shoulder

Went for a little trek to Perth today. Ontario, that is.

Two kilt comments were made directly to me. First, by a young punker, "I've got to have one of those!" Second, by a woman shopper in a clothing store, "I like your kilt. You're absolutely gorgeous!" She then asked my wife, "Does he belong to you?" I think she was extremely myopic.

    Casey,

I really do not know what I like to hear the most, whether it is from a young dude who really digs my "threads" or from the ladies who call me a sexy hunk, I'll take either one with great joy, and it sounds as if you did too! Great story!

I get a lot of "nice kilt!" comments and some "ooh! That looks good" comments.
But at the Vancouver folk fest this year a woman walked past me and said, "you look good" very emphatically.
    I like those ones best.

I too have mostly only had good comments from people in Vancouver. I get a lot of "nice kilt", "what's the occasion", or " My (fill in the blank)was Scottish, maybe I should get a kilt".
