    Kilted biker!

I just posted a new pic that was taken last night at a biker rally my wife and I attended. Cold and rainy...sure glad I only had to ride across the resort's parking lot. I discovered a whole new meaning to "cold"!

Thanks guys! Yes, the bike is a little hard on the eyes, isn't it? Makes it easier to find in the dark, though.

I was the hit of the event, lots of pics of me were taken between Friday and Saturday nights. Pretty much everyone knew that that I might show up in my kilt, and I got alot of nice comments. One of the guys who rode up for the event from Kansas City is on the board of his local St. Andrew's Society, and both he and his wife play in pipe and drum bands. He was quite impressed.

Jamie...it was the first ever Canadian rally for the online VROC group, the Vulcan Riders and Owners Club. We held it at a nice resort about 250 miles northwest of Calgary, right in the Rocky Mountains. We had Vulcan owners ride in from as far away as Georgia!

I have some event pics on my web site, if anyone wants to see them.

That's a nifty set of pictures you've posted on your website Al. Looks like an interesting group of people. I almost feel like I've been there.
