Complete toddler's kilt outfit in New Hampshire tartan

Our daughter's best friend recently got married, and there were going to be lots of kilts at the wedding. I thought I'd make a whole kilt outfit for our grandson, who is a year and a half old. I picked the New Hampshire tartan and made him a Crail jacket to match his Grampa. Found a pair of blue suede wingtips at Oshkosh. Here are some pics of the outfit! If you want to see other pictures from the wedding, I've posted a thread at http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...26#post1304726

And a picture from the wedding for a sense of scale!

What a fortunate young man to be taught to dress so well at such an early age.

Per your last comment Barb, Thank you for the sacrifice of enduring the shoes and providing a look at your lovely gams.

I'll deal with my wife's envy and concern that I stared too long at the photo.

The tiny kilt turned out so adorably perfect (along with the rest of the outfit) - your grandson looks fantastic. Dashing rascal definitely seems to fit him! and I'm sure he had all of the ladies cooing over him at the wedding.

And I love those shoes - where did you find them?!
