    Portland Highland Games today

    Games today in Portland Oregon at Mt Hood community college in Gresham. This is 64th year here.

    i'm going to be running the Kilted Mile for the second time. I'm now 49; last year's Kilted Mile was my first time running a race, after 3 decades of getting fat and lazy and then recently getting back into shape. Now my dang Sportkilt XL is too big, half the Velcro doesn't meet up, hah!. Last year I ran it in 7:10 so I'll see if I can beat my time today!
