This is great! I had to explain the Sporran to my 17 year old the other day. He is getting ready to be a groomsmen in a Scottish wedding and was not sure what it was for. I had to tell him that it was not only his "pockets" but it helped keep the kilt down. Although a really good gust of wind would still get good lift if you are not careful!

Visitors to Paris may wish to be careful about walking over metal grills in the pavement. These vent the Metro and one can easily do a Marilyn oneself when a train goes by.

There's a gentleman living in England named Greg Draven. who is a member of a group called the Pagan Ritual Drummers. A couple years ago, he did "A Year in a Kilt" and started a youtube channel, facebook page, etc. He posted this picture of himself.

I went on 'tower of terror' ride today. For those who don't know ....it simulates an out of control elevator with multiple lifts and drops. First drop had my kilt over my belly. Luckily ride is mostly in the dark. I pulled it back into place and held it there for remainder of ride......laughing hard the whole time Luckily... no pictures
