Kilt Pins - Are there specific Kilt Pins for Ladies?
Still learning, and my wife has a few skirts, and hostess skirt, I would like to find some Kilt Pins specifically for ladies. Daggers and swords just don't appeal to me wife, neither does animal feet or feathers. Any suggests, would like to see some pins for Ladies...Thanks

I would think a round brooch or lapel pin in the range of 1 1/2 to 2" diameter would look nice.
For something more oblong, I have a silver-colored feather lapel pin that was once my grandmother's that I had thought about using.

From more than a year or two of observation, the ubiquitous silver "horse blanket" pin seems to be the thing that the ladies wear over here, with their hostess skirts.

I see Jock's idea (practical solution from home) as easy and subtle. I like the idea of a round broach (as ornate or plain as desired) also as a choice. My mother, grandmother and Step-mother had great selections for my kilts.

Anything with a (possibly faux) cairngorm is very traditional for ladies e.g.

Thank all of you for your suggestions, as I did look at your links. Although many of the thistle pins are quite attractive, I wanted something a much different. So, I think I found the perfect kilt pin, little expensive but the craftsmanship is great. Called the Luckenbooth, I found it on the Mackenzie Frailte Website, here it is

My understanding of this, was it was modeled after jewelry owned by Mary Queen of the Scots. My wife loves its, hope to get it soon, just ordered it. I understand this is not everybody's cup of tea, but fits my wife's taste perfectly.
Thanks all of you for your responses, and you have to look, but there are many nice pieces for ladies available.
Regards to all,
