Bump
So, does anyone have any recent experience with this outlet?
Their website has some very old notices of some of their lines being discontinued. This suggests there has not been any maintenance of the content on their site for a long time; but also that someone seems to be paying for the website to remain open.
Anyway, there are some interesting items there, if anybody can be roused out of the back room to sell them.

If their website is active I would bet that there is some "contact us" information somewhere.
I would also bet that the response you do or do not get back will answer your question.

I just received today a Targe, Kilt Pin, and leather belt that I ordered. Some other items that showed on the site I ordered but was told later discontinued. I certainly agree with many, they have so many nice items. The Targe I bought is a beautiful piece of artwork, although rather expensive, it was the MacDonald Clanranald, two Targes are in museums and this is an exact copy. I am not only so impressed with the craftsmanship, it will be displayed proudly.
I wish they would update their website, and make it correct as it is a confusing site to navigate. WONDERFUL ITEMS, especially the Jacobite items.....check out the weaponry.
Of all the sites that I have been too, the MacKenzie and Fraine has some of the most unique and nicest items available, although expensive, beautiful items.

Thank you
Thanks Bruce for posting Mackenzie Frain's 'contact us' details. Try as I might, I couldn't find any 'contact us' links on their website, apart from a help line phone number, and who wants to ring the other side of the world if you can send an email?
So I sent off a query about an item, got a response, and placed an order. I had to ask them to confirm that they received my order (most e-sellers in my experience send that confirmation automatically), and they assured me a couple of weeks ago now that, yes, they had my order, and it should be shipped in a couple of days. Again, most e-sellers email a shipping advice, and some a tracking number. Time for another follow-up I guess.

Phew!
. . . and no prizes for guessing what the courier delivered this morning! Order complete and undamaged, though the external packaging was fairly battered.
So Mackenzie and Frain still exists as a business entity, but it is owned and operated by House of Tartan out of Comrie in Perthshire.
