Well I guess it's about time I started my new Kilt build. I have my measurements and they are as follows.
Waist 50" (measured @ my Belly Button)
Rump 51"
Fell 8" (from plans)
Drop 23"

My issue is as you can tell I have a gut! My measurement where I wear my pants is 45". Should I build my Kilt at the 50" or at my hips and the 45". Oh the questions I will pose!
