I have found it! Hi my name is Mike and I have been trying to find a kilt (note I did not say "skirt") forum. I found this forum by following a link to a link to a link...well, you get the idea. I spent some time browsing through some of the archived threads before registering and can state that I am happy to have you! My first kilt is on order (I invested in an heirloom, so it took a while to ammass the small fortune it cost me ) and I am looking forward to learning all I can from you fellows. Peace, Mike
Hi Mike! Glad to see that you stopped lurking and joined the fray. I'm glad that your link safari brought you to this jungle too. I know you'll be very pleased with the heirloom. What other piece of clothing can you buy that will still be just as fashionable in 40 years? I'm saving up for an heirloom myself. Now the big question...which tartan, which tartan?
Welcome aboard Mike, glad to have you here. The only skirts you might hear about in this place are for cars.

Kayaks have skirts. And I've seen many an issue skirted, as well.
