403 blocked access, when searching

I keep getting a window that says 403, blocked access, when I attempt to read threads that come up, after searching the term "laird's plaid".
Any ideas?

Don't know why yet, but leave out the apostrophe for now...

EDIT@mods: The server blocks any single quotes (' or %27) due to a security setting.

Can you be just a bit more specific about what you are trying to do. List the steps you go through for me please.

. Put in search box:
laird's plaid
. Click search
. Click first search result
-> Server throws error 403 "Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

. Put in search box:
lairds plaid
. Click search
. Click first search result
-> Page loads
