Please identify this tartan

Can someone please tell me what tartan this is?

Wow,162 views and nobody knows yet...I guess it's not an easy one after all. I have gone through every single tartan on the USA Kilts website and can't find it either. I would welcome some opinions about the tartan also BTW. It's hard to tell what it looks like exactly with such a small section showing, but I really like it and think maybe it would work well with almost anything.

Sorry can’t help with this. You may try contacting the house of Cheviot I’m sure that it is from one of their product catalogs. They are one of our advertisers.

I diligently looked through all of my sources, and could not pinpoint the exact tartan.

It's Deas although the name was possibly incorrectly attributed some 70 years ago. It would be interesting to try and track down the pattern book from Garry & Deas, Perth (no longer in existence); unfortunately I suspect that that is unlikely.
