    Civil War - Federal Memorial Tartan Kilt Hand Sewn by Kathy Lare 45W 21L

    Yes, its the counter to the Confederate Memorial Tartan. The Federal Memorial Tartan kilt is sewn from 16 ounce wool woven by House of Edgar and hand sewn by Kathy Lare. Her kilt #3695

    Its an 8 yard kilt pleated to the sett.

    The 45" waist is with kilt straps on center hole so range can be 42" to 48" and length is 21"
