Mid rise kilt?? Such a thing?
Soooooo....as the title says....for middle adged, slightly less muscler than our youthful selves. (No offence to anyone but i just invision myself in a mirror with overalls on and it give me the same picture as a kilt at navel height)

I think the Wiz makes what you're describing.

Yes, mid rise kilts are a thing. Not everyone wants to wear a kilt at their natural waist. USA Kilts was perfectly happy to make my semi-trad to sit right about navel height.

Thanks Steve....thats exactly what i was after....i suspect a lower waist would be the best for me. Guess one just needs to try these things on and then go from there or seek someone like yourself for a custom made one.

Thanks! That very interesting and was exactly the kind of thing i was worried about....ill give that style of measuring a go and see how that compares.
