    Antler kilt pins

I have seen kilt pins made from antler tips. Does anyone know where these can be bought?

    Antler Kilt Pin

There is a seller on Etsy that does them, based in Inverness. Ullapoolboxcreations is the shop name but you can just search for antler kilt pins.

UBC (as above) - they also make some great looking sgians.

You can also try www.jboultdesigns.com - (also used to be on Etsy - not sure if they still are - and their stuff is available from other retailers) and www.antlersgiandubhs.co.uk who also have some good looking pins made from bullhorn.

Ebay is also worth a try - I bought one last month for £3 (it has an ugly bling bling cairngorm on it but I am going to swap that for a new cap made from some pebbles I picked up on the loch shore last time I was in Scotland - when I get around to cutting and polishing them).

I'll give another thumbs-up to Ulla Pool Box Creations. I have one of his sgian dubhs and an antler pin and I absolutely love them. One caveat on antler pins... Depending on the piece of antler used, they can catch on lots of things. A single tine of antler wouldn't be too bad, but mine is a small fork of antler with the pin running vertically on one tine, leaving the other tine free to swing and grab everything. I'll end up re-mounting the pin across both tines to keep them close and tidy.

You can also check out The Kilt Lady in Saskatoon Canada. I bought a stag pin last year from her: https://www.thekiltlady.ca/product/r...tler-kilt-pin/

Once again I would like to thank all of you for your replies. I ended up pulling the trigger on some from Ullapool Box Creations and couldn't be happier. I liked them so much I ordered some for Yule gifts.
