Hello from MIssouri!
Hello all. Brand new to Kilt wearing and only recently was able to affirmatively track a couple of line of the family back to Scotland. Maternal Grandmother was a Grant and the Paternal Grandmother was a Scott so I'm covered on both sides. The Grants I'm related to appear to be the Grants of Glenmoriston and a direct ancestor was involved in "the 45". I'm looking forward to exploring more about what it means to have a good chunk of heritage from Scotland. The interest in a kilt was far earlier than learning of my heritage. I'm sure I will ask lots of stupid questions about kilts and kilt wearing. I look forward to learning. Thank you!
