Can anyone identify this tartan?

I saw this kilt for sale on a website, and, although I'm not interested in buying it, I am intrigued by the tartan, which has resisted all my efforts to identify it. Anyone here know what it is? It appears very similar to the MacIntyre, but with a double black line in place of the single white line.
