    Air Force One in Copenhagen

A few minutes ago I took this picture of Air Force One. President Obama has not yet got out of the plane, I can see on tv.
Not very much to do with kilts – anyhow I was kilted when taking the picture from the road outside our house.

It appears that you live very close to the airport. Isn't that a bit noisy?
BTW say hi to Obama from me whene you see him.......

Coincidentally I just finished watching a documentary about Air Force One. Clinton was talking about how being on it is a really nice break when your the President.

Hello GG, what a great shot of Air Force One, never seen it close up before.
I wonder if our very own kilted pilot, Alex could fly this Aircraft.

I seem to remember that Air Force One is actually two planes!

Excellent shot, wonder if I can sneak into the USA while the boss is over here in Europe.

Nice photo Greg, I've moved it to off topic as it is not a kilt shot.

Air Force One is whatever USAF aircraft the President is aboard. The term is actually the air traffic control call sign. When POTUS is not aboard, it is Special Air Mission (SAM).

GG - thanks for the pic - quite a smart livery, I think.

Todd - What is the navy equivalent of Air Force One?

    Regards

    Chas
