    Happy shopping!
I don't know that I understood this site's shipping info. What would be the international shipping cost on a budget kilt?

Wouldn't touch acrylic for the fire risk, but got a similar priced PV from an eBay seller as an experiment. It is not really suitable for outdoor use being too light. Ordered a 34, received a 32, and that turned out to be too big! (My waist is 33".) Can't send it back as I paid £10 extra to get it shortened, so I will just move the buckles and cut another strap slit. Pleats are not even and seams stitching shows on front side, but for £19.95 you cannot expect much else.

The kilt does actually measure 32"on the theoretical tightest setting, which you cannot achieve as the belt hole is too close to the material. If I were you I would order a size 2" smaller than you think you need, then the straps will work as intended. I'm talking about casual wear positioning similar to trouser waist position.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

Here is the link to the page that explains their shipping:

    http://buyakilt.com/shipping-returns

Just go through the process as if you were purchasing the kilt of your choice. When you get to the order page you will be shown a box that has a place to enter your state and zip code. Click the button and it will give you a few options for shipping and costs to that area.

    Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear you were having trouble getting a shipping quote. The above page that MacMillan's son's does have information on how to get a quote, but I've just made it a little clearer by adding a new section called 'How Much Does Shipping Cost?' which has some step by step instructions on how to get a shipping quote:

    1. Add any item to the shopping cart
    2. On the shopping cart page - fill in your details in the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' box
    3. Click 'Get a Quote'

    Hope this helps!
