Is there such a thing as kilt/pants jacket?
I know this question will seem like blasphemy to some, but I was wondering if there is a type of tweed daywear jacket that could be worn with both kilts and pants. I ask because I am not a daily kilt wearer and I'm more likely to dress casually when I do wear it. I can't justify spending a couple of hundred dollars on a jacket that I won't wear but twice a year. I'd like more bang for my buck. I'm thinking a regular length tweed jacket that's tapered a bit at the waist and slightly modified to clear the sporran would work with pants as well. Any advice?
